Refund Policy
At Mycore, we stand behind our products — and behind your journey back to yourself. That's why every first order is backed by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Our 60-day guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of any Mycore product, we'll refund you in full, less shipping costs — no return required in most cases. We want you to try Mycore with total confidence.
This guarantee applies only to your first-time purchase of each product and is limited to one refund per product type, per customer. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
Shipping, handling, and any optional Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable. For orders of two or more units, unopened items may need to be returned to receive a refund — and in such cases, Mycore will cover the return shipping. If you choose to exchange your product instead, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
If 60 days have passed since delivery, we're unfortunately no longer able to offer a refund or exchange.
Recurring subscription orders
Recurring subscription orders are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee. For returns of recurring orders, the following conditions apply:
- Unopened products only: We can only accept returns for unopened products.
- Return shipping fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on recurring orders.
- Non-refundable shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders, including both first purchases and subscription orders.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing support@mycore.com — no fees, no hassle.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@mycore.com with your order number and proof of purchase. In most cases (first-order guarantee), you won't need to ship anything back — we'll handle your refund directly.
Refunds
Once your request is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company or bank — there's often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received it, please contact us at support@mycore.com.

When a return is required, returns are processed through our warehouse at:

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@mycore.com with a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
