Tracking Your Order
As soon as we're ready to ship your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to become active. If your tracking shows as unavailable at first, don't be alarmed — your order has shipped and the status should update within a few days.
Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us at support@mycore.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping. If an address error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or returned, we cannot be held responsible for related delays or fees.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, we ship with DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means we do not collect taxes and duties at checkout, and you may be responsible for paying any import fees, duties, or taxes required by your country. It is the customer's responsibility to check their country's import policies before ordering. Orders seized by local customs cannot be refunded.
Package Loss
Although rare, orders can occasionally be lost or delayed. For international orders, the customs clearance process can in rare cases take up to 40 business days. An order will not be considered "lost" until 35 business days from the date of shipment. If your order is lost, you must report it to us at support@mycore.com within 60 calendar days of purchase. Orders not reported within 60 calendar days are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available if you choose a non-trackable shipping method and your order is lost.
